Floral feind

There’s nothing quite like beautiful, fresh flowers.  I have a space in my home to pay homage to them – they sort of sit like dainty damsels above my wooden bookshelf and are admired from the afar.  My husband uses my birthday as an excuse to buy me a lavish bunch but on a day-to-day basis, I do look for a florist that can deliver for special occassions.

Often in my home it’s when I am expecting guests.  The supermarket flowers don’t get me wrong are great but it’s worth noticing the quality and how long flowers last – a few days, a week, if your really lucky a couple of weeks!

Recently I was sent a stunning bunch from a company called Prestige Flowers.  The Perigueux bouquet was delivered to my front door and what is it about a bunch of flowers that puts a smile on any girls face!  The bouquet was made up of sorbet and avalanche roses expertly arranged with alstroemeria, veronica and thlaspi green bell and lovingly hand tied with hypericum and presented in a luxury wrap and bag.

It’s been around a week since I receieved them and they still look fresh and smell wonderful.  You can check out the Prestige Flowers website here – there’s also 15% off your first order so it’s worth having a quick look!
