What New Year resolution?

We all made one, or maybe a few – in my case loads but when we made the leap from 2014-2015, I wondered how many of us left our New Year resolutions far, far behind?  

Getting fit has always been my number one priority but managing children, work and everything else in-between can make it an almost impossible task.

Apparently, January 24th is coined as the date that most New Year resolutions are doomed to fail – don't let your 'getting fit and healthy' be one of them.  Check out this funky graph from DWFitness to inspire you to kick-start your fitness regime…see you at the gym then?
