Why you need to know about Pascha Chocolate

Having food allergies is a real pain and the hunt is always on to find food makers who understand the complexities involved. So I am pleased to tell you about Pascha Chocolate, founded in 2013 by Simon Lester. Having his own 2 daughters suffer from varying food allergies paved the desire to create the simplest, purest and most delicious chocolate, without any of the additives or ingredients that might trigger allergic reactions for those with food allergies or intolerances.

When he started his career in chocolate, in England nobody in the industry paid any attention to the topic of food allergies.  The focus of the chocolate industry at the time was on finding new ways of experiencing chocolate through product and ingredient complexity, and in finding new ways of shaving costs by lowering the cost of ingredients as long as taste was not compromised.  It was the same story all over the food industry.

Eighteen months after the start of this journey Simon launched PASCHA Chocolate. It is a pure and simple approach to chocolate. Absolutely pure and absolutely delicious, but more importantly without any trace of any of the 8 major food allergens. This is so impressive we had to capslock itů


We tried the entire range from the chocolate chips for baking to the delicious Goldenberry Bar, my personal favourite was Arabica Coffee bar. Simply put this is beautiful chocolate based on purity and minimalism and offers a real alternative without compromise on ethical food values and taste.
