‘Work It’ on the 7th June

London’s shopping and dining destination St Martin’s Courtyard launches ‘Work It’ – a one day health and fitness festival. For one day only from1-6pm brands will be offering a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.

With London offering more yoga classes than any other European city, yoga enthusiasts can take part in a selection of free open air yoga classes hosted by Yotopia Yoga. Led by Marcus Veda and other yoga experts, the classes include Dynamic Yoga – a fluid and lively form of movement, Rocket Yoga – a dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga and Voga – a cross between yoga and voguing. Yoga matts will be provided on a first come first serve basis or participants can bring their own.

Work out those tense muscles at the outdoor relax massage chairs – the luxury day spa experts will be offering ‘relax and energiser’ treatments with 20% off the normal price. Visit running specialists Runner’s Need who will be offering a physio in-store to give free injury advice and the Specialized Concept Store will provide visitors with free bike check-ups in the courtyard.

For the perfect summer outfit head to L.K Bennett for a complimentary personal styling consultation or The White Company, which is offering £10 off with a £50 spend. Also, keep a look out for Jack Wills’ staff members who will be scooting around on branded Jack Wills’ bikes and stop at the store to receive a free pair of exclusive summer sunglasses when you spend over £50.

For a well-deserved pampering session stop by Blow Ltd to take advantage of its mini outdoor beauty bar for a free five minute beauty fix, as well as first come first serve bookings for fast beauty, which includes a 30 minute blow, 15 minute make-up session and a 15 minute manicure.

Refuel in healthy style at Suda Thai, offering a lemongrass & Ginger Iced tea together with its signature SUDA fresh rice wrapped with braised duck or tofu and Thai herbs, all served on a food cart outside the restaurant.
